- With over 100 incoming lines we can set up dedicated phone lines to deal with your calls. Scripts can be written and given to staff so the calls are dealt with in precisely the manner that you wish.
- Automated answer services can be set up. This negates the need for dedicated staff manning the phones. Instead, messages are picked up at regular intervals and actioned.
- We can set up a business reply service so that your response forms come directly to us. They can then be actioned appropriately, whether this be data capturing or sending out products or literature people have requested.
- We can hold your products or literature in stock. With over 500m2 of storage space available items can be sent out when requested. Full real time stock checks are maintained and we will proactively warn you when stocks are running low.
- We are able to do various types of banking reconciliation and deal with credit card and cheque payments that are processed on your behalf.
All of this can completely tie in with our database design and management service in order to maximise your service.
