Polywrapping
Employing state-of-the-art software, our polywrapping line, running at up to 10,000 items per hour, can perform variable/selective item inserting either by using a bar code reader or whilst outputting the address details using the latest Domino BitJet ink jet head which enables us to ink jet the recipients’ address as well as the return address and postmark in a two inch band along the length of the item being wrapped.
Our polywrapping line can wrap seven A4 items in polythene film (up to twelve A5 items) as well as on-line ink-jet addressing and covermounting. We can supply plain or printed film or use your own stock.
NOTE: Where the runs are small (under 10,000 items), it may be just as economical to use polybags and carry out the project by hand. Our permanent Hand Fulfilment team are able to offer just this service and therefore greatly enhance our service offering.
