Warnes fully adheres to the Data Protection Act and being a member of the DMA and with full QMP recognition you can be confident that your data will be looked after.

When data comes into us it is allocated to a specific and relevant folder that is stored on one of our servers. All data is encrypted and only staff who are going to be working with the data have access to it. Once the job is finished the data is usually held for a month and then it is deleted permanently from our servers. All physical discs or CD’s are either returned or destroyed. This is of course unless you would like us to hold your data for future mailings.

Warnes makes daily backups of all data that is stored. These backups are kept in a secure safe and copies are also taken off premises in case of fire. So, you can also be confident that we will not lose your data!
